BEFORE GLORY, THERE WILL BE A STORY......

Before glory there will always be a story.

Before a breakthroughs there must be a passing through.

Endeavour to package yourself instead of wearing your problems on your face to be pitied by those who have packaged their problems to the nations of their world and are shedding secret tears in their closeth.

Pls, realize that we are all going through something. The world is not a stressfree zone or a comeforth zone.

The sun that melts the the candle, dry clothes is the same sun that hit you and make you fell terrible. Life is not a bed if roses.

Realize right now that life is a bed of torns, made of stones; where some people use stones as their regular pillows.

You must arise an rebuke whatever is contending with your peace, health, joy, etc.

Don't ever give in to failure. Failure is not an option. The only option is victory.

Go and get the victory......

You will be celebrated in Jesus name.

GOOD SUCCESS

This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. Joshua 1:8 The secret of success is not a mystery after all. It consists of taking realistic steps with courage and confidence towards a specific goal. Success is not a game of luck or chance. You can only climb success ladder by being persuasive and persistent. Pessimistic and passive explorers easily give up the task of pursuit. They are not enthusiastic enough to persevere to the end. The passion needed to boost their enthusiasm and endure the hardship on the way to success is lacking in many students. On the other hand, success is sure for the saints who work for success. No man wins a battle he has no courage to fight. Success eludes the fearful and doubtful whose disposition is downbeat to life’s adventures. You must be like Joshua and develop confidence to pursue your goal. The beautiful thing about it all is that God will stand by you and help you to succeed. What a beautiful partnership! Go for it today.

SUCCESS STRATEGY

“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord” (1Corinthians 15: 58). Success is built up day by day as you consistently and conscientiously do your work bit by bit. To be steadfast and systematic in doing your work is a proven strategy of success. Take a clue from the scriptures that says, “For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little” (Isaiah 28: 10). Success begins with the achievement of small tasks and one task at a time. A little achievement of today together with that of tomorrow will eventually sum up to be a huge success on your part. Take for instance, you may not be able to read a three hundred page book and be thorough in a single day. You may not learn many Mathematical concepts and do all the exercises in your textbook in a day. You can however break down the work into portions that are convenient for you to do at a time. If you are consistent and conscientious in carrying out the duty, you will soon discover that the seemingly impossible task is done. Your success is within your reach if you will follow the laid down strategy. Do not allow a day to pass without achieving something worthwhile and tangible on your success goals. Make sure you do your work carefully and diligently without rushing through at any time. Be cautious of time drains that may rob you of great opportunities that God gives you from time to time. Learn to do your work thoroughly bit by bit on a daily basis. Be sure that you are building on your past achievements day by day and be consistent in laboring for success.

PASSION FOR PROGRESS

Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain (1Corinthians 9: 24) One crucial prerequisite for success is passion. This is a God-given innate potential in you that drives you on in spite of any difficulty. As a student, you have this latent power to do great things if you care to stir it up. No student can achieve anything substantial in his studies without passion. Great achievers of old are people of great ardour. It is zeal for excellence that makes an athlete to wake up in the early hours of the day to practice in cold weather. Passion explains why exceptional students despise social gatherings and relaxation centres to concentrate on studying. Passion will make students to be enthusiastic, conscientious and persistent in pursuit of success without minding any obstacle. Excitement will make you to study hard without feeling the rigour. Passion for success must make you to burn candles in the night to read and study for excellent performance. Students who lack passion for progress will always remain in the zone of mediocrity. Students who are driven by enthusiasm will not lack the courage to climb up the ladder of success. The top is always the aim of students are ambitious. There is nothing anybody can really attain by being passive and pessimistic. Passion is the driving force through which champions thrive. Every student who aspires for success in life must be passionate in his academic pursuit.

PRUDENT MEN

The poor get poorer, and the rich get richer, when it comes to wisdom. If you choose a foolish or stubborn approach to life, God will make sure you get what you deserve – folly. If instead you are wise and prudent, God will give you more knowledge. Prudent men know what to do in most situations. They are careful, cautious, and discreet. They take advantage of life’s opportunities, and they steer clear of traps. They are successful and honored in life. They avoid the failure, pain, and trouble that foolish men must endure, who either miss or destroy opportunities and fall into many hurtful snares.

Bury and kick all the worries that bog you down.

Dr. E. Stanley Jones once said... "I am inwardly fashioned for faith, not for fear. Fear is not my native land; faith is. I am so made that worry and anxiety are sand in the machinery of life; faith is the oil. I live better by faith and confidence than by fear, doubt and anxiety. In anxiety and worry, my being is gasping for breath--these are not my native air. But in faith and confidence, I breathe freely--these are my native air. A John Hopkins University doctor says, 'We do not know why it is that worriers die sooner than the non-worriers, but that is a fact.' But I, who am simple of mind, think I know; we are inwardly constructed in nerve and tissue, brain cell and soul, for faith and not for fear. God made us that way. To live by worry is to live against reality." Worry is focusing on your problems and issues in life. Meditation is focusing on scriptures will bury and kick all the worries that bog you down. Don't forget: Where you focus your mind is completely your choice. So why focus on your problems when you can focus on God?

God's Word has been tried and true

I once heard this funny story... An old couple was sitting by the fireside. He looked over at her, had a romantic thought, and said, "After fifty years, I've found you tried and true." The wife's hearing wasn't very good, so she said, "What?" He repeated, "After fifty years, I've found you tried and true." "After fifty years, I'm tired of you too," she replied. I hope the story made you smile and laugh. It's a good way to start your day. Seriously though, I would like to point out to you today is this... God's Word has been tried and true. Unfortunately, despite of countless testimonies we've heard, miracles over miracles, victories over victories about God's limitless power, we still struggle to allow God to move in our lives. We're trying to control the steering wheel of our lives instead of letting it go and let God's hand be in control. The key to a victorious living is to constantly remind yourself of God's love, mercy, and grace. You do this by constantly meditating God's word or your memory verse. Studying, meditating the Scripture has an immense power and only those who are doing it can experience the power. Look, you don't have to believe everything that I'm saying. But you ought to try it and see if what I'm saying is true or not. Take Studying, meditating the scripture as part of your Christian life and move to a higher level of faith. Again, if you're not meditating God's Word, you're meditating someone else words. You decide.

the benefits are eternal

It's a story of the Italian poet Dante Alighieri, who was deeply immersed in meditation during a church service, and he failed to kneel at the appropriate moment. His enemies hurried to the bishop and demanded that Dante be punished for his sacrilege. Dante defended himself by saying... "If those who accuse me had had their eyes and minds on God, as I had, they too would have failed to notice events around them, and they most certainly would not have noticed what I was doing." End of story. How about you? Are your eyes and mind on God? You see, we're in the age of distraction. There more things now that gets our attention and it's harder to stay focused. With technology, we now have email, Internet, chat, mobile phones, facebook, etc. All these compete for your attention and eats up some of your time. The time that you should be spending on activities that will help you grow spiritually. Studying scriptures can take only 5 to 10 minutes of your time. But what you'll gain spiritually is immeasurable. Marinating your mind with God's Word and His promises is the fastest way to be closer to God. God is ALWAYS looking forward to talk to you with all your attention is on Him. So don't let the busyness of this world control your life. Instead, let your life be controlled by the scriptures you've memorized. If you aren't sure how to begin with scripture memorization, we created a program for beginners like you. Recent report shows that an average adult spent four and half hours per day on television. That's 30 hours per week. Wow! But guess what? Studying scriptures won't take you that much but the benefits are eternal.

Bring your spiritual life to the next level.

Do you know Harry Houdini? Harry Houdini, the famed escape artist issued a challenge wherever he went. He could be locked in any jail cell in the country, he claimed, and set himself free quickly and easily. Always he kept his promise, but one time something went wrong. Houdini entered the jail in his street clothes; the heavy, metal doors clanged shut behind him. He took from his belt a concealed piece of metal, strong and flexible. He set to work immediately, but something seemed to be unusual about this lock. For 30 minutes he worked and got nowhere. An hour passed, and still he had not opened the door. By now he was bathed in sweat and panting in exasperation, but he still could not pick the lock. Finally, after laboring for 2 hours, Harry Houdini collapsed in frustration and failure against the door he could not unlock. But when he fell against the door, it swung open! It had never been locked at all! But in his mind it was locked and that was all it took to keep him from opening the door and walking out of the jail cell. That's how powerful your God-given mind is. So if you think you're too old to memorize Bible verses...then you're right. If you think you have a bad memory and can't memorize scriptures...then again you're right. And if you think you're too busy to memorize God's Word...you're right too. Simply stated, you'll believe what you want to believe is true. I'm sorry but all these are just lies that the enemy are whispering to your ears. Because the enemy would rather have you meditate on fears, doubts, and impurity than the true and living power of the Word of God. Today, make a bold step to bring your spiritual life to the next level. Click here to memorize God's Word today! If you're not meditating God's Word right now...whose words you're meditating?

Be still, and know that I am God

If you're like many Christians who are trying to memorize scriptures, you probably asked this question to yourself... Why do I forget? Not just bible verses but also things like things to buy from grocery store, call someone, pay your bills, etc. The reason for most of the annoying instances of forgetting is that you do not take the trouble to connect new information with some fact you already know. Isolated facts drop out of the mind quickly, but if you file new knowledge in relation to something already established in your mind, you will retain it and be able to refer to it whenever you need it. It is simply a matter of making a special use of your power of association, which is the beginning of all learning processes. William James said, "In mental terms, the more other facts a fact is associated with in the mind, the better possession of it our memory retains. Each of its associates becomes a hook to which it hangs, a means to fish it up by when sunk beneath the surface." Association is making mental hooks from which you may fish facts out of your mind as you require them. This mental filing system will provide the mental hooks upon which to hang, or file, anything you want to remember. Certain selected words, called KEY WORDS, are the mental hooks in your filing system. Each one represents a vivid image. One of the verses I love to recite is Psalm 46:10. My key words are "be still". Once I have the keywords in mind, all other words of that verse just fit in. "Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth." You must have this keywords in all the verses you're trying to memorize.
I strongly believe that pain is God's megaphone so we start to listen to Him. If you're in pain or any troubles, be sensitive as God is trying to say something to you. Go and get your Bible and start to memorize scriptures or you can check out this this amazingly simple scripture memory program. While we were still unbelieving and in darkness we all developed some form of habitual sins like... ...cursing when we're upset. ...impure or sexual thoughts. ...smoking and drinking. ...over eating when we're stressed. And a whole lot more. After we met Christ, accepted Him and learned the truth, we're faced with a serious struggle to break the old habit. Recent study shows that the faster to break any habit is not by breaking it...but by changing it. Let's say you have the bad habit of overeating. Whenever you feel the stress from work you tend to overeat. Whenever you do that, you feel better at least for a moment. Then you feel the guilt because you know that it isn't good for your body. So how are you going to break that sinful habit? The next time you feel that stress from work, instead of going to your favourite restaurant and overeat, just go get the Bible and meditate scriptures like in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 that says... "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." Meditating scriptures is a better way to get rid of stress related work than to punish your body by overeating. That's why, I urge you to start memorizing, studying etc. scriptures for you to break any sinful habit. It's the easiest way I know to break any habit that displeases our Father.

Scripture meditation is proven way to get rid worries or anxieties in your life.

There was a man in a community that had the reputation for always being able to catch fish. Regardless of the time of the year it was, or whether anybody else was catching fish, this man was always managed to come back with a boat load of fish. His brother-in-law, who happened to be a Game Warden had always been amazed at the man's success. So, one morning the man agreed to take his brother in law fishing with him. They went to a lake that was known for its poor fishing. The game warden watched his brother-in-law take the boat out to the middle of the lake and cut the motor off. The game warden was confused as he noticed that his brother-in-law didn't worry about finding a ledge or brush-pile, or anything like that. Then instead of getting his rod and reel out, the game warden's brother-in-law pulled a stick of dynamite out of a sack, lit it, and threw it overboard. A few seconds later, there was a big BOOM, and almost immediately the surface of the lake was covered with stunned fish. The Game warden couldn't believe what he had just witnessed. He immediately began reciting the fishing laws and regulations to his brother-in-law. But this didn't seem to bother his brother in law in the least. He simply reached into the bag for another stick of dynamite, lit it, and tossed it to the game warden and said... ..."You gonna talk, or you gonna fish?" The game warden noticed the fuse was almost to the end and He quickly decided to fish. Now that story probably isn't true, but it's still a good story. Unfortunately, I think God would like to throw some of us a stick of dynamite this morning and say, "Are you gonna talk, or are you going to fish?" Don't let this day pass without talking to God. You can't afford to. Scripture meditation is proven way to get rid worries or anxieties in your life. Take the plunge now and join other spirit-filled Christians through scripture meditation.

life is about choices.

There was a man who got lost in the desert. After wandering around for a long time his throat became very dry, about that time he saw a little shack in the distance. He made his way over to the shack and found a water pump with a small jug of water and a note. The note read: "pour all the water into the top of the pump to prime it, if you do this you will get all the water you need". Now the man had a choice to make, if he trusted the note and poured the water in and it worked he would have all the water he needed. If it didn't work he would still be thirsty and he might die. Or he could choose to drink the water in the jug and get immediate satisfaction, but it might not be enough and he still might die. After thinking about it the man decided to risk it. He poured the entire jug into the pump and began to work the handle, at first nothing happened and he got a little scared but he kept going and water started coming out. So much water came out he drank all he wanted, took a shower, and filled all the containers he could find. Because he was willing to give up momentary satisfaction, he got all the water he needed. Now the note also said: "after you have finished, please refill the jug for the next traveller." The man refilled the jug and added to the note: " Please prime the pump, believe me it works"! We have the same choice to make, do we hold on to what we have because we don't believe there are better things in store for us, and settle for immediate satisfaction? Or do we trust God and give up all that we have to get what God has promised us? I think the choice is obvious. We need to pour in all the water, trust God with everything. Now, you may be thinking..."But trusting God is easier said than done." And I agree. That's why you need to constantly read your Bible, memorize, and meditate its message. The reason being...regularly meditating the scriptures helps to build up your faith in God and you learn to trust Him more. Meditating, memorizing, studying Scripture and observing quite time is a powerful habit that some Christians have not developed that's why some fail to grow spiritually. Endevour and be ready to bring your faith to a higher level through scripture reading, studying etc.. In the end, life is about choices. It's your choice to remain in your level of faith or your choice to grow maturely in Christ.

DON'T GIVE UP

Phillip Yancey describes grace in his book What's So Amazing About Grace. He writes, "Grace means there is nothing we can do to make God love us more--no amount of spiritual calisthenics and renunciations, no amount of knowledge gained from seminaries, Bible school, no amount of crusading on behalf of righteous causes. And grace means there is nothing we can do to make God love us less--no amount of racism or pride or pornography or adultery or even murder. Grace means that God already loves us as much an infinite God can possibly love." Listen my brethren, If you are still... ...struggling to break any sinful habit. ...hating yourself because of your sins. ...feeling unworthy for failing God again and again. Don't give up! God is not giving up on you. Take God's promises by heart and mind. Pick a memory verse and meditate it throughout the day to remind yourself how much God loves you. Sinful habit is a spiritual killer. Unless you deal it with urgency and seriousness, you won't break it. Take a bold step now to break any habit that displeases God with scripture meditation.

Faith comes by hearing,

Romans 10:17 it says... "Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God" Scripture tells us that every person has been given a measure of faith. That faith can grow and increase; or it can be diminished. Notice that the scripture doesn't say, "Faith comes by having heard the Word of God one time." It's by hearing -- present tense. Of course, God's Word can transform us in an instant, but most of the time, we need to hear God's truth over and over again in order for it to become active in our lives. Remember, the more we hear the Word, the more His truth chisels away at the doubt and unbelief that's been built up over the years. Simply stated, His truth sets us free and causes our faith to grow! Just as a seed needs water daily to grow, your spirit needs the Word of God daily. Your faith needs to be watered by His Word. It can be as simple as selecting a few scriptures to meditate on daily. Write them down and carry them in your purse or wallet. Read them out loud over and over. Let His truth sink down into your heart and move you forward into the freedom and victory He has prepared for you!

Are you in the level of faith that you desire?

A sick man turned to his doctor, as he was preparing to leave the examination room and said, "Doctor, I am afraid to die. Tell me what lies on the other side." Very quietly the doctor said, "I don't know." "You don't know? You, a Christian man, does not know what is on the other side?" The doctor was holding the handle of the door; on the other side of which came a sound of scratching and whining, and as he opened the door a dog sprang into the room and leaped on him with an eager show of gladness. Turning to the patient, the doctor said, "Did you notice my dog? He's never been in this room before. He didn't know what was inside. He knew nothing except that his master was here, and when the door opened he sprang in without fear." "I know little of what is on the other side of death, but I do know one thing: I know my Master is there, and that is enough. And when the door opens, I will pass through it with gladness, but with no fear." Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen! (Heb. 11:1) Let me ask you this... Are you in the level of faith that you desire? Or you need to develop or increase your faith further? Today is the time to bring your faith to a higher level. Quit procrastinating and start studying, memorizing, meditating scriptures and God's promises. The fact is, scripture studying, and meditation is a proven way to increase your faith. You and you alone can develop your faith in God. Not your preacher nor your pastor. And you develop it by regularly meditating God's Word in your heart and mind. So push yourself to move and take action. Are you ready to be a Spirit-Filled Christian? You see, while I was studying the life of Timothy (Paul's Disciple) I learned that his seeming small acts of assisting Paul produced BIG results. Paul and Timothy labored together to spread the gospel and grow the Church. If you're part of a Church or own a Bible you're now enjoying the fruit of Timothy's labor. But this message is not really about Church growth but about this revelation that I had... And that is... Those Spirit-Filled Christians was once an ordinary Christians but they invested in seemingly small acts to help them grow in their faith. In short, small act will lead to BIG impact down the road. These acts can be a... - Short prayer - 10-minute Bible reading in the bus - A quick words of encouragement to a friend - A sincere smile to a stranger - Scripture meditation within the day. That's why I'm passionate about encouraging people to study and meditate scriptures. Because this seeming small act of discipline can turn you from an ordinary Christian and be a Spirit-Filled Christian. A Christian that can hear God's voice and feel His presence. A Spirit-Filled Christian that's an encouragement and inspiration to many. You can be Spirit-Filled through a small act of memorizing and meditating scriptures. Take this important first step.

DO NOT MISS OUT ON GOD'S BEST FOR YOU

"The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full" (John 10:10, NIV) It is no secret nowadays that times are tough and between work and family responsibilities, it can be very difficult to live a satisfying and fulfilling life. The popular method these days is to enter survival mode, to spend each day of your life trying to survive and get by instead of enjoying the time on Earth given to you by God. But that is no way to live a life. Take my word for it when I say that you are missing out on God's best! Today, make a stand and declare that your survival days are long gone and that now, more than ever, is the time to start living your life the way God intended it. Your shadow days are over. Our Father shall pour His favor and blessings on you and it shall come bursting in to provide you, when you learn to recognize it, with a satisfying and abundant life of goodness!

Are you living according to God's code or God's word?

A TV camera crew was on assignment in Southern Florida filming the widespread destruction of Hurricane Andrew. In one scene, amid the devastation and debris stood one house on its foundation. The owner was cleaning up the yard when the reporter approached. "Sir, why is your house the only one standing?" asked the reporter. "How did you manage to escape the severe damage of the hurricane?" "I built the house myself," the man replied. "I also built it according to Florida State building code. When the code called for 2x6 trusses, I used 2x6 trusses. I was told that a house built according to code could withstand a hurricane. I did, and it did." How about you? Are you living according to God's code or God's word? Or are you playing the worlds' standard and make it your our own standard way of living? We're now seeing the signs of the times. Today... ...Pornography is everywhere. ...Premarital sex is a normal for a relationship. ...Lying is just part of day to day conversation. ...Homosexuality is becoming a new gender. ...Any sinful act has become a norm in our society. That's why you need to be vigilant; grow daily by studying and meditating God's word. God would like you to live base on a solid commitment to His words and His ways. But here's the thing...if you don't know and don't meditate His words, how can you be sure if you're still in God's perfect will? So today, make a commitment to live fully according to God's code by studying, obeying His commandments and meditating scriptures. And teach your kids and children to do the same. It's the greatest inheritance you can give your love ones.

"Man does not live by bread alone

I have heard Karl Ingersoll, another pastor of Fredericton First Wesleyan, say... "The measure of the greatness of a man's love for God is not found in his attention to the things he has to do, but in his attention to the things he doesn't have to do." That is, your salvation doesn't depend on your going to Sunday school or prayer. But your greatness as a Christian, and your intimacy with God, do. And probably there's no other religious activities can help you develop you intimacy with God better than reading God's Word, memorizing it, and meditating it throughout the day. Because if you'll think about it scripture studying, memorization is a form of worship, a form of prayer, and a form meditation. It's like three birds in one stone. So make it a habit to read, memorize, and meditate scriptures. It's a good discipline that develops your faith and relationship with your creator. As it is written in Matthew 4:4 "Man does not live by bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God." Don't start your day without studying, meditating your memory verse. Then, add more Bible verses to your memory once you have the momentum. Don't let the enemy push you to procrastinate again.

WHAT IS YOUR ANCHOR DURING HER PERSONAL STORM.

One time, a young man who attended a local church heard that the husband of one of their ushers recently died. He decided to visit the widow in their hope. He was even practicing the words he will tell her once she opens the door. To his surprise, the widow was in good spirits. She even offered tea and biscuits. He asked the widow why she was such in a good mood considering that her husband has just died. She replied, “Yes. I am saddened. But I am also joyful because my husband is with the Lord. I have been reading my Bible more. I read Psalm 146 over and over again.” “The Lord told me through these verses that He will take care of me. I do not have to worry about anything.” Instead of being the one to encourage the widow, the young man left the house encouraged. Consider it a change of roles. In Psalm 146:4-5, it says: “When their spirit departs, they return to the ground; on that very day their plans come to nothing. Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord their God.” The widow overcame her depression not through therapy or a self-help book. It was because she meditated of the Word of God. In fact, I am sure she has Studied, memorized, meditated Psalm 146 already. It has become her anchor during her personal storm. Best of all, through her memory verse, God spoke to her and assured her that she will be provided for. That’s what a simple studying of scripture can do for you. What this really is about is teaching your brain and engaging your heart to not only learn scripture but to really walk your Christian talk. Be a mobile carrier of the glory, power, word of God .

encourage yourself

A rags-to-riches businessman was interview by a local newspaper about his sudden rise of prominence in the business world. The reported asked his secret to success. He replied, “My secret is found in the left pocket of my jacket.” The reporter prodded the businessman to show it. “Are you sure you want to know?”. The reported nodded in excitement. The businessmen pulled out an old pocket notebook with scribbles in it. It contained inspirational quotes from leaders of past and present. “But the most important part is found at the back of this notebook.” He showed the back pages and found Bible scripture verses. “These Bible verses saved my life, put me in focus, and God gave me success.” The reporter could not question his claim because he had all the proof in the world of his success. Read this verse of scripture taken from Joshua 1:8 (New International Version) “Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.” In the Message bible, the same verse is paraphrased this way: “And don’t for a minute let this Book of The Revelation be out of mind. Ponder and meditate on it day and night, making sure you practice everything written in it. Then you’ll get where you’re going; then you’ll succeed.” That is why we encourage you today to confess, study and memorize scripture so that it will not depart from your mind and, thus, your mouth. Ponder. Meditate. Reflect. Memorize Scripture daily. Get this: These are key words that will help you be successful in life. But not just any self-help book or philosophy to contemplate. It should be the Word of God - The Bible. No doubt, the key to transforming yourself from an ordinary Christian to a Spirit-Filled Christian is through scripture study, confession, memorization and meditation. So encourage yourself to succeed in life….

GOD'S CODE

Or are you playing with the worlds' standard and making it your our own standard? We're now seeing the signs of the times. That's why you need to be vigilant in memorizing and meditating God's word. God would like you to live base on a solid commitment to His words and His ways. So today, make a commitment to live fully according to God's code by memorizing and meditating scriptures. And teach your loved ones to do the same. Inspiring them to memorize and meditate is one of the greatest inheritance you can give to them. Make your life not just liveable but memorable. Here's how you can begin.

...BE WARM AND COMFORTABLE

In his book The Pursuit of Excellence, Ted Engstrom wrote these words: "I was cleaning out a desk drawer when I found a flashlight I hadn't used in over a year. I flipped the switch, but wasn't surprised when it gave no light. I unscrewed it and shoot it to get the batteries out, but they wouldn't budge. Finally, after some effort, they came loose. What a mess! Battery acid had corroded the entire inside of the flashlight. The batteries were new when I'd put them in, and I'd stored them in a safe, warm place. But there was one problem. Those batteries weren't made to be warm and comfortable. They were designed to be turned on -- to be used." It's the same with us. We weren't created to be warm and comfortable. God designed you to Glorify His Name in whatever that you do. Unfortunately, the enemy is out there to derail God’s great plan for you. The enemy is looking for someone to devour and you have to fight back. That’s why each morning, it is IMPORTANT to meditate your memory verse. It’s your protection from any attack of the enemy. One of my morning memory verses is from Ephesians 6:10 that say "Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power." It’s short but powerful if you’ll meditate it sincerely. Make it your memory verse too. Remember, you can always hit the enemy back with God’s word.

LAZINESS IN A SIN

An old mountaineer and his wife were sitting in front of the fireplace one evening taking life easy. After a long silence, the wife said: "Jed, I think it's raining. Why don't you get up and go outside and see?" The old mountaineer continued to gaze into the fire for a while, sighed and then said, "Aw, Ma, why don't we just call in the dog and see if he's wet." That's what you call the height of laziness. And I wouldn't want to say that we are downright lazy, but we all have a lazy streak in us. And laziness is a faith killer. If you're too lazy to open and read your Bible... If you're too lazy to pray and be thankful to God... If you're too lazy to memorize and meditate scriptures... Read this: You Are In A Big Trouble! Laziness is a good indicator that you're slipping away from the hands of God. How to break this laziness in you? Start moving! Simply choose one Bible verse and start memorizing it. Start moving and bring your faith to the next level. .

TRUST GOD

The reason being...regularly meditating your memory verse helps to build up your faith in God and you learn to trust Him more. Studying and meditating the Scripture is a powerful habit that some Christians have not developed that's why some fail to grow spiritually. Now if you're ready to bring your faith to a higher level through scripture memorization... In the end, life is about choices. It's your choice to remain in your level of faith or your choice to grow maturely in Christ.

Now it's your turn to grow spiritually.

Now it's your turn to grow spiritually. Imagine a sponge that has been used to wash the dishes. It's all full of dirt and food and old water. It needs to be filled with clean water! But how can you do that? Easy. You wring it out, rinse it off, and wring it out again. Only when you have done this can you fill it with clean water. It's the same with the Spirit. Here we are, all full of sin and grime and filth. There is no room for Him. But once all the filth has been removed, and we have been emptied, the Spirit can come and fill us anew.

PRISONERS OF FEAR.

Shohoiya Yokowai spent 28 years of his life in prison. It was not a prison of bars & locks & wardens, but a self-imposed prison of fear. He was a Japanese soldier on the island of Guam during WW2. And when the American forces landed, he fled into the jungle & found a cave in which he hid for 28 years because he was afraid of being captured by the Americans. He learned that the war was over by reading one of the thousands of pamphlets dropped into the jungle. But he was afraid. So for 28 years he lived in the cave, coming out only at night to look for roaches & rats & frogs & mangoes on which he survived. Finally some natives found him & convinced him that it would be all right for him to come out of his jungle prison. We think, "What a waste! Imagine, spending 28 years living as a prisoner of fear." Yet, there are a lot of people who are prisoners of fear. Fears like... fear of failing fear of succeeding fear of disappointing people fear of losing our child fear of the unknown fear of dying Frankly, I can have a long list of different fears that people have. They're not aware of it simply because they call "fear" with a different name. How about you? Do you have fear that's preventing God to fully bless your life? Are you trying to control your life instead of letting God have His way? Listen, the best way to overcome your fear is to have a strong faith in God and you do this by regularly meditating scripture. In Romans 10:17 says, "Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God." No doubt, in developing your faith there's no better substitute to scripture memorization and meditation. So I encourage you to take action, be bold, and make a decision now to start STUDYING the scriptures. Faith requires action and the more that you delay your decision to study and memorize scriptures the harder it's to grow your faith.

Now is the time to bring your faith to a HIGHER level.

Oil was discovered on some Oklahoma property belonging to an elderly Indian. All his life he had been poverty stricken, just eking out a living. But the discovery of oil had suddenly made him a very wealthy man. The first thing he bought was a very big Cadillac. He wanted the longest car in the county, so he added four spare tires on the trunk. He would dress up in his new clothes and everyday he would take his Cadillac into the hot dusty little town nearby. He wanted to see everyone and he wanted everyone to see him. He was a friendly old soul so when he was riding through town he would turn in all directions to wave at all the people as he rolled by. Interesting enough, he never ran into anybody nor into anything. The reason for this was that directly in front of that big beautiful auto was two horses harnessed to it and pulling it. There was nothing wrong with the car's engine. It was because the old Indian had never learned to drive it. He had never learned how to insert the key into the ignition switch and turn it on. Under the hood was 100 plus horsepower ready and willing and raring to go, but the old Indian was content to use the two horsepower hooked to the front of the car. The devil gets really happy (or as happy as a devil can get) when he can keep the believer chugging along in their Christian life on a two horse power faith level. At that rate, the spiritual progress is slowed down to a crawl, and this is what the devil is after in his warfare with us. In short, if your faith is not growing, it's definitely shrinking and the devil would like to keep it that way. Now is the time to bring your faith to a HIGHER level.

"For My yoke is easy and My burden is light"

"For My yoke is easy and My burden is light" (Matthew 11:30, NKJV) Sometimes it may be hard to accept, but God is never in favor of having you go through life always struggling, having to go down on your knees due to the burden of your responsibilities, or else always going against something, an ideal or a principle. Nothing feels right anymore. Yes, challenges and obstacles are to be expected, but as a self-respecting Christian you cannot just settle for where you are and accept that things will always stay the same. You must have faith that God has something better in store for your future, because that is the undeniable truth. The secret is that when difficulties come your way, instead of being in a depressed state telling yourself that it's never going to get any better, turn around, do the right thing and look up to Him. Look up to the heavens and surrender your problems to God, because He is watching you, all the time. He sees you and your problems. Cast your cares to God. Victory will come because it's already been promised in the Holy Bible. Believe in the Promised Land, Christian, and soon the Promised Land will be yours.

IT'S THAT IMPORTANT

Neil Orchard was talking with a farmer about his soy bean and corn crops. Rain had been abundant, and the results were evident. So his comment surprised him: "My crops are especially vulnerable. Even a short drought could have a devastating effect." "Why?" Orchard asked. He explained that while we see the frequent rains as a benefit, during that time the plants are not required to push roots deeper in search of water. The roots remain near the surface. A drought would find the plants unprepared and quickly kill them. Some Christians receive abundant "rains" of worship, fellowship, and teaching. Yet when stress enters their lives, many suddenly abandon God or think him unfaithful. Their roots have never pushed much below the surface. Remember this, only roots grown deep into Jesus Christ help us endure times of drought in our lives. So don't neglect the power of studying the word of God, confessing the word of God,memorizing and meditating scriptures every single day. Scripture reading, confession, meditation, memorization etc. is a discipline that will help your roots to push below the surface. How close you want to be with God is a matter of choice. Will you give Him room in your time through reading and meditation? It's your choice.

TAKE YOUR CASE TO GOD

The two main excuses most people give for not praying are that they don't have time and they don't have a place to go. Susanna Wesley, who was the mother of John and Charles Wesley back in the 1700, had 19 children. If anybody had an excuse for not praying but a need to pray it was her. Susanna would spend an hour every day in prayer. Where does a mother of 19 go to escape? Nowhere! What she would do is take her apron and flip it up over her head and spend an hour in prayer. Her children knew not to disturb her in that time because mother was in her apron praying. How about you? Are you making the same excuses? Finally, you can now break the obstacles that are preventing you have a regular prayer time with God so you can... ...Draw closer to God ...Gain peace ...Grow spiritually Beloved, if you've been struggling to eliminate distractions and maximize the effectiveness of your Quiet Time, take your case to God and He will settle you.

All Things Work

Roman 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose”. Why do bad things happen to good people? If you have often pondered that problem you are not alone here is only one answer. God allows bad thing to happen to is people only if He sees a way of turning the bad into greater good. Almighty God, make known the riches of your glory on the vessels of mercy, which you had prepared beforehand for glory for in Jesus name.

LIFE ONLY MAKE SENSE

Life only makes sense only when we learn to see it from God’s point of view. This is what turned the tide for Job, and this is what will turn the tide for you. Is life unfair to you? Then look at it from God’s perspective. Now what do you see?

'Train' nor raise

Solomon said, “Train.” He did not say raise. You raise vegetables, but you train children. Feeding a child nutritious meals, providing warm clothing, giving him his own bedroom, and kissing him good night is not training. Most every species of animals does these things for their young. Training a child is calculated instruction and discipline to form long-term character and wisdom in the fear of the Lord and knowledge of Scripture. You train them “up.” This describes the period from birth to maturity. Training can begin early, as infants can be taught a feeding schedule and that not all crying gets immediate attention. It progresses from a control stage to an instruction stage, and then to a counseling stage. It continues through puberty and a whole new set of issues. It continues to maturity, when a young adult creates a new home and starts the process again. You train them up “in the way.” Parents cannot train every step, but they can train the direction (Gen 18:19). God gives children to parents with a blank slate for a mind. You fill that mind with godly knowledge and wisdom. As Scripture does not dictate every step of your life, allowing much individual liberty, so you train them in the way of godliness. They are to be trained up in the way “they should go.” It cannot be the way they want to go. Each child defaults to foolishness and sin from Adam. Without training against that default instinct, they will grow into committed and hardened sinners. No training is default training – you will have a fool for a child (Pr 29:15). The way they should go is the way of righteousness laid out plainly in Scripture (Deut 6:4-9; 29:29; Eph 6:4). It must not be the way the world would have them go, for that is Satan’s way (Eph 2:1-3).

Believe it! Do it!

There is no secret or mystery here. Slothful parents hunt for special methods to train their children. They are always worrying, reading, buying books, and attending seminars, but they are hardly ever training. Action is far more important than technique. Consistency is far more important than intensity. Stop looking for an easier or smarter way. Get busy! This proverb is a commandment, not a suggestion. It is a promise, not a possibility. Bible believers trust this rule as much as any other verse. They are not intimidated by the task before them. They put their trust in God’s precious scriptures, and they get to work, today!

Train up A Child

Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Child training works! You can make your children great in the sight of God and men. If you do not train them, you should not have had them. Children not trained will default to the foolishness and sinfulness they were born with, which leads to their pain and trouble. Child training works! But you must get a vision of it right now. It takes wisdom and effort. It takes the instruction of God and Solomon found in this book of Proverbs. It must be done sooner than later, so do not procrastinate in any training that your children need. A properly trained child will fear God and live a wise and righteous life as an adult. An untrained child will not fear God or live a wise and righteous life as an adult.

THE YOUTH CULTURE AND TATTOO

One of the compromises witnessed today is parent allowing their children to mark or tattoo their bodies. Many of our youth today do not realize that they may be sorry in the future that they chose to put tattoos on their bodies. I know many people both young and old who have said to me that they wish they had not been ignorant when they were young, but now they must live with consequences of their action all through their lives. A small percentage of the people have the funds to remove it by laser. One of the dangers of tattoo is AIDS being transmitted through contaminated ink or dirty tattoo needles. If fresh ink is not used, then the last person who was tattooed who had any kind of transmittable diseases could leave behind that virus or bacteria e.g AIDS Hepatitis etc has been traced to tattoo ink and needle contamination. Colossians 3:20………………….. Some young people are having them done in defiance and rebellion to their parent’s wishes because they want to be like their friends. They bring curses upon themselves as God said children should honour and obey their parents. Enormous ignorance, lack of discernment and knowledge in the things of God is the reason why so many people are deceived on this issue. Hosea 4:6a says…………….Many Christians are ice cream believers who have not been taught nor grounded in the word of God. Church leadership owe an apology to the youth of our today because many of them have failed in their responsibilities to speak out on the issues of the day and have allowed influences of the world to shape our society. Many Christian parents have failed in their responsibility as they have been too busy chasing money instead of raising their children in the nurture and admonition of God as commanded in the Bible. Ephesians 6:4……… The church should be warned on this subject of tattoo is that we have a generation of youth that love the Lord yet do not understand all of His way. Most youth have not seen true Christianity, great revival, a real cause to live and die for. It important that when the youth come to church with their tattoo, dress, music and old habits, we must not despise them nor look down on them but rather welcome and love them and gently teach them the ways of the Lord. We are called to love and pray for them and help them avoid making mistakes we have made in our own walk with the Lord. To bridge the generation gap, we need God’s grace, and also need to be true mother and fathers speaking the truth in love always. It is very important to pray fervently against any manner of evil or witchcraft, if you through ignorance, have received a tattoo or allowed your children to have one. Some people received tattoos before they are “born again” and after they are touched by the Lord, they wish they had never had done it.

TATTOO

Most often than not, these people do not realize that in partaking of this to tattooing can open the door to wrong and polluted influences in their lives. Just as evil videos, immoral rock music albums, wicked internet games and violent movies are displaying evil trends in order to destroy our youth. Satanic tattoos, skin heads and other occult rites are opening many of our children to demonization. OUR BODIES ARE A TEMPLE In Gen 1:31…………. After the Lord created man and woman, He placed them in the garden of Eden along with other creations; He pronounced that the way He created them was good. He desires that our bodies be a reflection of His own beauty. When people tattoo their bodies they are tampering with what the Lord said was very good the way He made it. It is unnatural is against God’s will for man and woman to mark their bodies. Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit and are admonished not to defile them. A tattoo on one’s body is like graffiti on the wall, and does not glorify God. 1 Cor 6:19-20……………….. We need to come to ourselves and fathom what is it that makes a man dissatisfied with the way God made him. Many people feel inadequate with the way they look so they seek ways that will cause them to feel better about themselves or cause others to accept them. This is not wrong when it comes to having good grooming habits, but we need to understand true beauty comes from within, not from what we wear or how we look. Men are always ensnared with in vanity, rejection, fear, pride and even racial discrimination, when emphasis is put on the outward appearance. The beauty of coming to God is that He would deliver us from the outward things we need to feel good about ourselves, because when we are in sin, we do not feel worthy or acceptable, but through Christ we are. WHOSE IMAGE ARE YOU? If we the image of God, and operate in the will and purpose of God for our lives, to be who He made us to be without creating a different image. It is a known fact that many people are consumed with trying to be different or become acceptable not only by getting a tattoo but by other things as well. So many people argue and believe that since they have the name of Christ, the sign of the cross or some Biblical word or sign tattooed on their body they can witness by the tattoo to others. They argue further that since they are living right, they will end up in heaven. However, God is more concerned about we live our lives than by displaying a religious mark on our bodies.

TATTOO

Also, tattoo is a creation of the devil. The creation of human body is so wonderful, as the greatest work of the Almighty, the body must not be destroyed by tattoos. Bible warns us against Tattoos in Leviticus 19:28 which says ………. I know some will have time receiving this teaching because tattooing has now become an accepted practice in our society. However, just because society approves of something does not make it right in God’s eyes. Our society at large also approves of abortion and divorce as well. However, the Bible makes it clear that God doesn’t approve of these things. There might be many dedicated Christians’ that have tattoos, should they pursue getting tattoo? Tattoos might be popular; does it make it right for people who profess God to wear tattoo?

tired

'Tired all the time' is a popular phrase given by patients to their family doctors. Tiredness or fatigue is a common problem. Often, it is not a medical issue but one that can be reversed by a change of lifestyle.

DREAM

Brethren, what is this dream that thou hast dreamed? Has your dream died and buried? Can you dream yet another dream? Beloved, without dream, a man ceases to exist. Dream is the vehicle that drives men to their place of destiny. If the vehicle of your dream is involved in an accident or the tyre is deflated OR YOUR dream anthenna has been distroyed, stand up and fight, ensure that the vehicle is repaired and put back to order; and having done all to stand, therefore. You will also experience divine positioning in Jesus name. Situation can lie; circumstances might portray a different picture and make you think that God has forgotten you. God who has the absolute power to speak and it come to past will speak on your behalf; and impossible things will become possible in Jesus name. Joseph’s dream was almost killed and buried, but his trust in and faithfulness to God, together with his determination to be different from the multitude saw him through to Pharaoh’s palace as second in command. Develop trust in God and remain faithful to His commandments; together with determination, you will reign and be the preferred. Don't forget that Necessity is the mother of invention while Dream is the father of inventions..

What does it take for God to answer our prayer?

Have you ever known someone who really trusts God? When I was an unbeliever, I had a good friend who prayed often. He would tell me every week about something he was trusting God to take care of. And every week I would see God do something unusual to answer his prayer. Do you know how difficult it is for an unbeliever to observe week after week? After a while, "coincidence" begins to sound like a very weak argument. So why would God answer my friend's prayers? The biggest reason is that he had a relationship with God. He wanted to follow God. And he actually listened to what He said. In his mind, God had the right to direct him in life, and he welcomed Him doing just that! When he prayed for things, it was a natural part of his relationship with God. He felt very comfortable coming to God with his needs, his concerns, and whatever issues were current in his life. Furthermore, he was convinced, from what he read in the Bible, that God wanted him to rely on Him like that. He pretty much exhibited what this statement from the Bible says, "This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us."1 "For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and His ears are attentive to their prayer..."

The Truth About Failure

Failure doesn't mean you are a failure . . . it does mean you haven't succeeded yet. Failure doesn't mean you have accomplished nothing . . . it does mean you have learned something. Failure doesn't mean you have been a fool . . . it does mean you had a lot of faith. Failure doesn't mean you have been disgraced . . . it does mean you were willing to try. Failure doesn't mean you don't have it . . . it does mean you have to do something in a different way. Failure doesn't mean you are inferior . . . it does mean you are not perfect. Failure doesn't mean you've wasted your life . . . it does mean you've a reason to start afresh. Failure doesn't mean you should give up . . . it does mean you should try harder. Failure doesn't mean you'll never make it . . . it does mean it will take a little longer. Failure doesn't mean God has abandoned you . . . it does mean God has a better idea!

CONVERSATION BETWEEN PENCIL AND ERASER

Pencil and Eraser Pencil: I'm sorry Eraser: For what? You didn't do anything wrong. Pencil: I'm sorry because you get hurt because of me. Whenever I made a mistake, you're always there to erase it. But as you make my mistakes vanish, you lose a part of yourself. You get smaller and smaller each time. Eraser: That's true. But I don't really mind. You see, I was made to do this. I was made to help you whenever you do something wrong. Even though one day, I know I'll be gone and you'll replace me with a new one, I'm actually happy with my job. So please, stop worrying. I hate seeing you sad. I found this conversation between the pencil and the eraser very inspirational. Parents are like the eraser whereas their children are the pencil. They're always there for their children, cleaning up their mistakes. Sometimes along the way, they get hurt, and become smaller / older, and eventually pass on. Though their children will eventually find someone new (spouse), but parents are still happy with what they do for their children, and will always hate seeing their precious ones worrying, or sad. All my life, I've been the pencil. And it pains me to see the eraser that is my parents getting smaller and smaller each day. For I know that one day, all that I'm left with would be eraser shavings and memories of what I used to have.

What's our Purpose in Life?

There's much more meaning in life once you know your purpose. Consider a hammer. It's designed to hit nails. That's what it was created to do. Now imagine that the hammer never gets used. It just sits in the toolbox. The hammer doesn't care. But now imagine that same hammer with a soul, a self-consciousness. Days and days go by with him remaining in the toolbox. He feels funny inside, but he's not sure exactly why. Something is missing, but he doesn't know what it is. Then one day someone pulls him out of the toolbox and uses him to break some branches for the fireplace. The hammer is exhilarated. Being held, being wielded, hitting the branches -- the hammer loves it. At the end of the day, though, he is still unfulfilled. Hitting the branches was fun, but it wasn't enough. Something is still missing. In the days that follow, he's used often. He reshapes a hubcap, blasts through some sheet rock, knocks a table leg back into place. Still, he's left unfulfilled. So he longs for more action. He wants to be used as much as possible to knock things around, to break things, to blast things, to dent things. He figures that he just hasn't had enough of these events to satisfy him. More of the same, he believes, is the solution to his lack of fulfillment. Then one day someone uses him on a nail. Suddenly, the lights come on in his hammer soul. He now understands what he was truly designed for. He was meant to hit nails. All the other things he hit pale in comparison. Now he knows what his hammer soul was searching for all along. We are created in God's image for relationship with him. Being in that relationship is the only thing that will ultimately satisfy our souls. Until we come to know God, we've had many wonderful experiences, but we haven't hit a nail. We've been used for some noble purposes, but not the one we were ultimately designed for, not the one through which we will find the most fulfillment. Augustine summarized it this way: "You [God] have made us for yourself and our hearts are restless until they find their rest in Thee." A relationship with God is the only thing that will quench our soul's longing. Jesus Christ said, "I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty." Until we come to know God, we are hungry and thirsty in life. We try to "eat" and "drink" all kinds of things to satisfy our hunger and thirst, but yet they remain. We are like the hammer. We don't realize what will end the emptiness, the lack of fulfillment, in our lives. Usually when we keep God out, we try to find fulfillment in something other than God, but we can never get enough of that thing. We keep "eating" or "drinking" more and more, erroneously thinking that 'more' is the answer to the problem, yet we are never ultimately satisfied. Our greatest desire is to know God, to have a relationship with God. Why? Because that's how we've been designed. Have you hit a nail yet?

How an atheist was converted

A professor of law and a certified atheist went on a personal quest to prove God wrong. How? He took the very foundation of the Christian faith and put it question - The Holy Bible. Every word. Every verse. Every detail. But God had other plans. Through this process of debunking the claim of the Bible, these professors immerse himself in it. As he spent more time reading and questioning, the Bible became more real to him. In fact, he even proved that the prophesies of the Old Testament were true to the last detail. Instead of proving God wrong, he was proven wrong. Yet, this search brought him to be right with God. God’s word is truly remarkable. It has the power to change hearts and minds. John 8:32 says it better. “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” In digging into the scriptures, studying it, meditating on it, memorizing it, Lee has found the truth about God. That is what happens when a person seriously seeks God in the Word. In Jeremiah 29:13 - “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.” May this encourage you to know God through the pages of the Bible. Seek God today. Meditate on His word. He is not hard to find. In fact, he wants to be found by you. BUT you have to do your part by memorizing Bible verses. Will you be willing to sacrifice few minutes today?

secret of success

Identity would help you to know your purpose. Knowing who you are help you to remain focus. The enemy wants you to change your identity in order to defile, corrupt, bewitch etc. you. What is your purpose? What problem am I created to solve? Where am I now? What is my divine assignment? Who is my hidden Moses that will lead out of slavery? Where am I going? What happens when I die? Who is my father that desires my worship? Who am I? Satan, your battle against to identity will surely fail. In Jesus name

Procrastination

Someone described procrastination as “the thief of time,” and this seems to fit with the sense of urgency Jesus wanted His followers to adopt. Once, Jesus invited a man to follow Him, saying, “Come, follow Me.” But the man said, “First let me return home and bury my father” (Luke 9:59). Jesus replied, “Your duty is to go and preach about the kingdom of God” (Luke 9:60). Then another man said, “I will follow you, but first let me say good-bye to my family” (Luke 9:61). Jesus, who sees past our excuses, replied: “Anyone who puts a hand to the plow and then looks back is not fit for the kingdom of God” (Luke 9:62). God has called each of us to use our spiritual gifts to serve Him. If He’s tapping you on the shoulder today, asking, “When will you serve Me?” don’t put it off. Let Him know that you’re available—first time.

O Lord cause me to satisfy.......................

O Lord, cause me to satisfy every condition that will lead me to the position you have ordained for me, in the name of Jesus.

Earth is not our Final Home

We’re not completely happy here because we’re not supposed to be! Earth is not our final home; we were created for something much better.

Time

“Time is your most precious gift because you only have a set amount of it. You can make more money, but you can't make more time. When you give someone your time, you are giving them a portion of your life that you'll never get back. Your time is your life. That is why the greatest gift you can give someone is your time. It is not enough to just say relationships are important; we must prove it by investing time in them. Words alone are worthless. "My children, our love should not be just words and talk; it must be true love, which shows itself in action." Relationships take time and effort, and the best way to spell love is "T-I-M-E.”

Except two shall agree .......

The Bible says except two shall agree it will not come to pass. Stop going round town looking for special prayers, put your mind to work, there is nothing as dangerous as laziness of the mind. There is nothing as frustrating as succeeding in the wrong assignment.

It is a waste of time to run on the wrong road and expect to win the trophy of life.

Most people in life think that success is about good work and prayer alone. I have seen a lot of prayer warriors who are extremely poor. Faith without works is dead. It’s better to try and fail than not to try at all.

Everyone has failed at one time or the other. Those that succeeded are those that are determined.

People have succeeded not because they have more ability than people who have not yet succeeded but because they applied themselves harder and stuck to it longer. They kept at it irrespective of the situation or circumstances depicts.
