GREAT CITY, BAD FACILITIES…

GREAT CITY, BAD FACILITIES…

Challenge: Rise above your circumstances.

2 Kings 2:19 And the men of the city said unto Elisha, Behold, I pray thee, the situation of this city is pleasant, as my lord seeth: but the water is naught, and the ground barren.
Despite the affluence, the inhabitants of Jericho knew there were a lot of things wrong with their city. Externally, things looked fine, but the people knew they had problems with getting consistently good results from their labour on their farms. They therefore called on Elisha to bail them out. Thank God he did.

There are many people who look fine on the outside, but internally they are spiritually barren. Many teenagers look great outside, but are morally and academically weak. Some girls are like the coffin, nice looking outside, but their inside is full of dead men’s bones. Is there any way out? Go for spiritual advice from godly people who will counsel you appropriately.

Then confess and repent of your waywardness and do the necessary restitutions and God will pardon and heal your situation. You will thus be productive physically and spiritually and your life will never be the same anymore. Praise the Lord.

Prayer: I am not always the person I should be, make me a success O Lord.
